#teamfreeman

It’s a family affair. Fitness is a shared love by the four Freemans. Everyone has their own favorite endeavor, but the common factor is that movement has always been an outlet and sanity saver ESPECIALLY during the craziness of the past 2 years.

Logan holds a USAPL CT state record in the deadlift. In addition, he plays soccer, basketball and runs track & field.

Nolan has dedicated most of his athletic career to the track. Breaking his high school’s sprint records and winning his events in his conference, he will further his education and running career as a Fighting Owl next year at SCSU.

We’re passionate about meeting you where you are and helping you reach your goals.
